Orders are for the personal, non- commercial use of our customer. Resale of any Jonathan David Jewellers product without the express, written consent of Jonathan David Jewellers is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders for Jonathan David Jewellers items deemed to be commercial quantities will not be accepted. Please note local import duties maybe payable on receipt of international orders. All contracts are conducted in English and by entering into a contract both parties agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with English law.
Termination and Suspension
We may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate, or deny your access to all or part of the website or refuse to provide our services to you without notice if:
